In our coaching sessions, we will embark on a journey of transformation tailored to your unique goals and needs. We work in blocks of 5 sessions, starting with an introductory meeting to map out your personal trajectory.


During our first meeting, we will define where you are now (Point A) and where you would like to go (Point B). Together, we will outline a clear path to help you reach your goals. Each session will also include a meditation where we set a focused Intention based on what matters most to you. 

Some examples of Intention include:

- I want to have more energy.

- I want to create more time for myself.

- I want to open up to new relationships.

- I want to find my inner strength.

- I want to feel more joy and cheerfulness.

- I want to strengthen closeness with my partner, family, or children.

- I want to learn to trust life and myself more.

You can choose one or several of these intentions, and we will evaluate each on a scale from 1 to 10. This allows us to track progress throughout our sessions.

At the end of each block of 5 sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your journey: where you are now compared to where you started, what you have achieved, and what still remains to be explored.

This process empowers you to grow with clarity, intention, and mindful reflection.
