After over 20 successful years in corporate business development, I totally transformed myself to follow my life-long passion for psychology and graduated in October 2023 as a Life Energy Coach and a New Age Therapist.

I discovered this newly reawakened purpose in life – helping others grow by connecting with their inner selves and aligning with their primary values, in the same way I did.

The core of my methodology lies in combining traditional psychology techniques – such as Transactional Analysis, elements of NLP, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Gestalt Therapy and coaching – with the New Age practices (Meditation, Energy Work, Metaprogramming, to name just a few). 

My areas of interest are time-management, burnout prevention, harmonizing relationships and stress-management. My sessions are designed to empower individuals to reach their full potential by aligning them to fully accept themselves and embrace all of their aspects with compassion. 

In addition to my coaching and psychology practice, I run a successful concert and event management business, co-founded the personal development platform GrowthYears (www.GrowthYears.com), and serve as Managing Director of the charity fund supporting young musical talents (www.sbjt.org). I am also the Partnership Director at Female Ventures (www.femaleventures.nl), a Dutch association of female professionals and business owners dedicated to empowering women in their personal journeys.
